Positive, The location is excellent, right next to great restaurants and shops. Our family room was spacious enough for four. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the rooftop pool was a nice spot to unwind! 🌞

This hotel is super close to the Minoan ruins of Knossos and has fantastic amenities. My family especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which gave us a nice spot to relax after exploring. The breakfast was varied, catering to everyone, from teens to adults.

My kids wished the room had more amenities for families.

I had a pleasant stay at Capsis Astoria Heraklion. The location is excellent, right beside the Archeological Museum, and the spacious room featured a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The breakfast options were diverse and high quality, which I appreciated. The rooftop pool provided a nice respite after a long day of meetings and was refreshing despite its compact nature.

The bathroom was quite small and had some maintenance issues.
